Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
   • "Repair Services" means the travel bag repair and restoration services provided by GlobeTrotterFix.
   • "Customer" means the individual using GlobeTrotterFix's Repair Services.
   • "Customer Data" means the personal information provided by the Customer, including name, contact details, and details about the items being repaired.
2. Repair Services
   • GlobeTrotterFix provides professional repair and restoration services for travel bags, luggage, and related items.
   • Customers must provide accurate information about the items needing repair and cooperate with GlobeTrotterFix to ensure successful completion of the services.
   • GlobeTrotterFix reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an agreement for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
3. Customer Data and Privacy
   • GlobeTrotterFix collects Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Repair Services and maintaining the integrity of the business.
   • GlobeTrotterFix does not sell, exchange or share Customer Data with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as necessary to deliver the services or as required by law.
   • GlobeTrotterFix takes measures to securely store and process Customer Data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
   • The repair techniques, materials, and content created by GlobeTrotterFix are owned by the company and protected by copyright.
   • Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to have their personal travel items repaired using GlobeTrotterFix's services.
   • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of GlobeTrotterFix's intellectual property is prohibited.
5. Fees and Payment
   • Customers shall pay the fees for the Repair Services as specified by GlobeTrotterFix.
   • Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which the Customer is responsible for paying.
   • Estimates and turnaround times will be provided to the Customer prior to commencing repairs.
6. Warranties and Limitations
   • GlobeTrotterFix warrants its repair work for 30 days from the date of completion, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
   • GlobeTrotterFix's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the specific Repair Services.
   • Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
   • GlobeTrotterFix may terminate a Customer's Repair Services for violation of these terms or other inappropriate conduct.
   • Upon termination, the Customer's right to GlobeTrotterFix's services will end.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   • These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
   • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
